Lovely Solar Fan ships to almost all locations in India where there is reach of the Indian Postal Network / Courier Network. At present, we do NOT make any international shipments/deliveries.
Some items may attract Handling Charges, which are payable extra. Handling Charges, when applicable are clearly mentioned in the Product Specifications page. Handling Charges are applied wherever the volumetric weight of the item is more and/or the item needs special packing & shipping care. However, these are applicable in very few instances only.
Major destinations are serviced by known national courier companies and deliveries normally take 1-6 days. You can track the status and location of your parcel after dispatch on the respective courier's website using the parcel's tracking code. You will receive an email regarding details of the courier company, your tracking number and the tracking link! Remote locations where there is no coverage by our empanelled couriers get serviced through India Post, a Government of India undertaking. There is NO online tracking currently available for parcels sent by Registered Post or VPP. Delivery through India Post normally takes longer and could extend to more than 2 weeks for some locations and in rare situations. Kindly be patient - inform us if there is an inordinate delay and we will update you with the status of the shipment. When you place an order, the estimated shipping/dispatch and estimated delivery time will be specified based on the availability of the item, your delivery location and coverage by our empanelled couriers. The dispatch timeline are mentioned in Appendix B. Note: Items ordered on Saturday after 12.00 p.m. will take an extra day to be shipped due to the weekend
We will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment on your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company. Cash on Delivery:
Cash on Delivery (COD) will be available on limited items and will be mentioned in the product specification page. This service may have additional charges. Failure to pay cash on delivery will result in holding back COD privilege for that account!
There might be inadvertent situations where, there might be a typographical error, or a database error which causes an erroneous price to show on the web site. In these situations, we will reserve the right to process the order, cancel the order or prefer to choose to sell the merchandise at the corrected price.
Non-availability on Delivery:
Our courier company / delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
Item not received past delivery date:
Orders that are sold and fulfilled by us and shipped via a trackable method (such as a courier company) will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors, family members or security guard of your building. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building supervisor, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, or your mailbox.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable
- If there is no tracking information or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at email@example.com
