Replacement Policy:

At lovelysolarfan.com you can shop with confidence and security. Items that are damaged or defective or do not match the ordered item will be exchanged where proof of purchase must be provided. Please return the same without any hesitation to us in a proper package, within 2 days of accepting the package. Please raise a replacement request on the website in your order account history or you can send a message on whatsapp or an email requesting for replacement along with the reason and delivered item pics. Our courier boy will pickup the item delivered to you. As soon as we receive the defective item we will send you a fresh replacement.

This facility is only for goods bought from us. Replacement of any defective / damaged item should be done within 2 days from the date of the receipt of the shipment.
